A Workshop Series to Optimize Investment in Health Innovation
Inaugural event at UCSF–UC Berkeley Joint Program in Computational Precision Health
May 28, 2026
The planet's population recently surpassed eight billion, and governments and medical institutions are struggling to provide high-quality, cost-effective healthcare to this growing population.
While promising technologies, many powered by AI, are in development, a range of barriers prevent most emerging solutions from gaining timely and widespread adoption.
Understanding which technologies have a path to adoption in the near term is instrumental to accelerating positive change. Even more important: equipping resource allocators with the frameworks and tools needed to make the best investment decisions in an increasingly noisy environment.
Hosted by preeminent sector leaders at major healthcare and AI innovation hubs across the country, this Summit Series convenes foundations, family offices, impact investors, universities, and fund managers for half-day, invitation-only summits.

Hands-on worksheets and assessment tools you'll use during the summit — and take with you for ongoing deal evaluation.
Practical investment frameworks and the roadmap for adoption. Learn which AI use cases in health have a near-term path to scale, and which frameworks to apply when evaluating opportunities.
Participating leaders share their current AI-powered healthcare portfolio exposure, challenges with opportunity identification and due diligence, and gaps in knowledge and networks. The group captures themes on shared challenges and explores solutions and resources together.
Use the frameworks to evaluate investment opportunities that delegates are currently evaluating or have invested in, and explore pathways to drive growth. Hands-on with scorecards and worksheets.
